Starting out
Three properties cover the path into the sector, split by the question you are actually asking. Becoming an RTO answers whether you should, including the reasons not to. Start Your RTO covers the twelve months after approval, which is where most new providers underestimate the work.
They are deliberately separate because they are read at different times by people in different states of mind. Someone weighing up registration does not need an audit calendar, and someone six months in does not need to be talked out of it.
Training and assessment resources
Seventeen libraries, organised by training package. Each one is written for its own industry rather than adapted from a generic template, because an assessment task that works in a commercial kitchen does not work in a workshop bay, and pretending otherwise is how resources fail validation.

Compliance and assurance
Audit preparation, internal audit, validation, moderation and recognition of prior learning each have their own property, because they are different disciplines that happen to be discussed together.
The distinction that matters most: moderation aligns judgement between assessors after the fact, while validation asks whether the tool was fit for purpose in the first place. Providers who treat them as one activity generally find out during an audit that they are not.
People and systems
Recruitment for trainers, assessors and compliance staff, a directory of independent consultants, and advice on selecting and configuring student management systems.
Most system failures in this sector are selection failures rather than implementation failures. A platform that suits a forty-student provider will not survive four thousand, and the cost of discovering that late is measured in years of data.
Publishing and sector news
Several properties in the group publish rather than sell: sector analysis, regulatory reporting and general education news. They are kept separate from the service properties on purpose, because analysis written to generate consulting leads is not analysis.
Where regulatory action is reported, it is reported once it has been decided and published. Allegation is not reported as finding, and no provider is named on the strength of a complaint.
How to use this page
If you know the property, go straight to it. If you know the problem but not the property, the groups above are ordered the way problems usually arrive: starting out, then materials, then compliance, then people and systems.
If you are in the middle of something urgent, such as a notice with a deadline attached, the compliance group is the right place to start, and the deadline matters more than the reading.
One idea, one address
Several ideas in this group were registered across more than one domain, which is normal defensive practice and a poor basis for building more than one website. Near-identical sites on parallel addresses compete with each other for the same readers and split whatever standing they earn.
So each idea has one canonical address, and the alternates point to it permanently. If you arrived here from a different domain covering the same ground, that is why. Nothing was retired, and no link was broken.
